Q. So does the trainer come to me?
A. Yes, that's the beauty of it all. Smart fits into your schedule. Normally you would need to allow a couple of hours to go to a gym and train. Because we come to you, you have time for fitness before work, during a lunch break or while the kids are at school or creche.
Q. Do I need any equipment?
A. No, we will bring all equipment to the training venue. If you do have any we shall try and make good use of it so that you can include it in any additional training sessions that you may do on your own.
Q. Can I train with a partner?
A. Yes of course. It makes it less expensive that way as well.
Q. How long do the sessions last?
A. Normally 60 minutes. Ask about prices for a longer session.
Q. Does the nutritional advice cost extra?
A. No, it is free to anyone that pre-books 10 or more personal training sessions.
Q. What happens next?
A.Normally myself (Keith Edwards) would come to the training venue (usually your home) for a chat which lasts about 45 minutes.
This gives us the chance to find out more about your goals, experience and medical history, and you the chance
to ask questions and decide whether you wish to procede.
